This 62-year-old woman was caught keeping her grandkids on a 93 degree day in Tennessee. She has been arrested for child endangerment after keeping the kids in dog cages during a 35 minute drive. The grandmother had told the kids that there was no room elsewhere in the Ford Explorer so they had to stay in the back, in cages, without air vents.
