Tire Bounces Down Highway Into Cars Front End

This is the hair-raising moment a rogue tire bounces down the highway and smashes head-on into a car. Dash-cam footage from the vehicle, traveling on the I94 East in Indiana towards Michigan, shows the wheel coming out of nowhere from the westbound side of the road.
