A pilot landed a small plane on a street in Los Angeles, avoiding power lines and traffic. The pilot on Friday afternoon had reported engine problems while heading for John Wayne Airport in Santa Ana. She landed the Cessna 172 about five miles from the airport in Huntington Beach.
