I was traveling SB on HWY 9 mile marker 12 going 50 mph getting up to 55 mph the speed limit, I was towing a empty flatbed trailer that weighs 800 pounds, She was coming off of HWY 2 EB then turns right on Highway 9 SB, Right when she pulls in front of me I slam on my brake and hit my horn all at the same time.
