A group of women are fighting inside a Pho restaurant in Toronto. A man wearing a SWAT vest is seen grabbing a plate from the bin of dirty dishes and lobbing it through the air. A woman attempting to break up the fight was the recipient of that plate, which ended up being a bullseye.
