In this newly released footage, you can see the moment when Border Agent Dennis Dickey started a wildfire that eventually cost $8.2 Million, and took 800 firefighters to put out. The video was obtained by the U.S. Forest Service Freedom of Information Act request while investigating the fire’s origin.
