The irony of Sergio Leone’s epic western The Good, the Bad, and the Ugly is that there aren’t any good or bad just ugly. Unlike the moral superiority of heroes in westerns of the 1950s, there is no clear line between the good guy or the bad guy or even if either character types exist.
